Working with Aaron Vanderbuilt was a great experience. He showed my husband and I so many properties, but never lost patience with us. We have worked with a couple other real estate agents in the past, but have never had such a positive experience. Aaron was very honest with us and even pointed out negatives on prospective properties. You don’t expect that from an agent who just wants you to buy. Aaron was genuinely interested in us finding a property that we love. He never pushed us to buy something we weren’t sure of. Aaron Vanderbilt was instrumental in helping us find a great condo for our daughter. He always met with us when promised, was helpful during the negotation process and was quickly responsive to our e-mails, even on the off hours. Aaron volunteered to go to the unit to take some measurements for us while waiting on a closing date so we could get going on blinds, etc. He went out of his way several times to take care of certain aspects that were instrumental in us closing and getting into the unit.
